Pizza One is all about giving you a pizza you will never forget. Our in house made dough takes a whopping 72 hours to ferment which is what makes it so light and crisp (and easy to digest). We are not bogged down by tradition or trends - we take what is great about the different styles of pizza throughout Italy and combine them into their perfect evolution. Located on Level One of Sagra, you can look down into the open kitchen below you as the noise from a bustling restaurant fills the space with life.
